Payment and Shipping Policy
Custom payment plans will be arranged prior to purchase of reborns. Each plan varies depending on cost of the reborn. A non-refundable deposit is required to be begin the process. Payment in full is preferred when ordering. Partial payments will be every 3 weeks after initial deposit is made which is 35% of your total purchase. Payment due dates will be arranged at the time of purchase. The doll/item will not be shipped before the item is paid in full. Custom order dolls are made to specifications of the buyer for this reason any refunds cannot be given.

Ready to adopt reborn' s from the nursery are available for purchase. Pricing and due dates will be determined prior to the purchase of a reborn. Failure to pay to or missed due dates may result in the loss of the reborn.
All purchases are final! Security safe pictures will be sent of all reborn' s before purchase.
Shipping will be applied to the total balance with the final invoice. The item will not be shipped before the item has been paid in full.

When photos of the completed reborn are sent the reborn will be shipped and estimated dates will be given.
